About This Girl Can – Victoria

Everyone in our community deserves to move in a way that feels good for them.

But we know that for many women, finding the time and space to get active can feel hard – particularly when you’re juggling caring for kids or family members, work and concerns. We also know many women don’t feel safe or included in our gyms, sports clubs, parks and fitness classes.

We want all women to have the right to move their bodies however, whenever and wherever they choose. And we want to ensure that the places and spaces where women get active are safe, welcoming and inclusive.

That’s why the This Girl Can community exists—to bring together women and the physical activity sector in breaking down the barriers that keep us from enjoying the physical and mental benefits of being active.

Together we’re embracing the power in and joy of movement – together we are unstoppable.

What can you find in Bluewater for 'This Girl Can' Week;

• FREE Group Fitness including NEW classes (Step, Run Class)
